Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 potatoes
  • 1 can evaporated skim milk
  • 14 c flour
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Peel and slice potatoes layer in baking dish with flour and salt and pepper
  2. Cover with canned milk
  3. Bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes
