Low-Fat Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
- 1 c diced onion
- 1 c shredded cabbage
- 2 c water
- 12 pkg frozen vegetables regular or fiesta
- 1 qt stewed tomatoes 20 oz
- 1 celery chopped or sliced thin
- 12 tsp oregano
- 12 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp parsley leaves chopped
Directions
- Stir onion cabbage and celery in water
- Simmer until tender Add rest of the ingredients and simmer
- Serve the next day One pound of ground turkey may be added
