Low Calorie Beef And Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes diced 12-inch
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 16 oz can tomatoes
- 34 tsp oregano
- salt
- pepper
Directions
- Grease a 2-quart casserole
- Arrange diced potatoes in bottom and sprinkle with 14 teaspoon crumbled oregano 14 teaspoon salt and some freshly ground pepper
- Crumble ground chuck over potatoes in an even layer
- Sprinkle with 14 teaspoon more oregano 14 teaspoon salt and some more pepper
