Low Calorie Pecan Pie

Ingredients
- 4 oz drained cooked pinto beans mashed
- 2 eggs
- 12 c sugar
- 3 oz crunchy nugget cereal like Grape-Nuts
- 2 Tbsp margarine melted
- 12 tsp vanilla extract
- 12 tsp vinegar
- brown sugar substitute to equal 1 c plus 3 Tbsp regular sugar
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie crust
- Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until firm
- For festive occasions add 1 ounce pecan halves to top of pie
