Low Calorie Salad

Ingredients
- 1 small can pineapple in own juice
- 1 can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 large pkg orange jello dry
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- 1 small container low-fat cottage cheese
Directions
- Mix dry jello into Cool Whip
- Add low-fat cottage cheese Mix well and add drained fruit
- Spread ini oblong dish
- Sprinkle with nuts
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 30 minutes
