Low Calorie Yogurt Fluff
Ingredients
- 34 c boiling water
- 1 small pkg sugar-free gelatin any flavor
- 12 c cold water
- ice cubes
- 1 8 oz container plain yogurt
- 12 tsp vanilla
Directions
- Pour boiling water into blender container
- Add gelatin blend at low speed until dissolved about 1 minute
- Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 cup
- Add to gelatin stir until ice is almost melted then blend in yogurt and vanilla
- Chill in dessert glasses for 1 hour or until set
- Makes 5 servings
- Each serving contains 35 calories
