Low Cholesterol Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 1 12 c all-purpose flour
- 12 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 c wheat germ
- 3 medium ripe bananas mashed about 1 c
- 14 c oil
- 4 egg whites
- 14 c buttermilk or dry buttermilk
Directions
- Sift together flour sugar baking powder soda and salt
- Mix in wheat germ
- Add all remaining ingredients and beat until well blended
- Place in a greased 8 x 4-inch loaf pan
- Bake at 350 for about one hour or until done
- Makes one loaf
