Low Cholesterol Pound Cake

Ingredients
- 2 sticks corn oil margarine
- 2 c sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c skim milk
- 6 egg whites stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp lemon flavoring
Directions
- Cream margarine and sugar
- Sift baking powder and flour together
- Add to sugar mixture with milk
- Fold in egg whites vanilla and lemon flavoring
- Bake at 325 for 1 14 hours
