Low Cholesterol Stuffing For Turkey

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 2 c celery chopped
- 1 to 1 12 c onions chopped
- 1 loaf 1 lb size slightly dry bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 12 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp dried thyme leaves
Directions
- Brown ground turkey celery and onions in olive oil and margarine
- Add rest of ingredients and mix
- Makes enough for 12 pound turkey
- This is a good substitute for those who like a sausage dressing at holiday time
