Low Fat Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 12 oz bag fine egg noodles cooked and drained
- 2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce
- 4 chicken breasts cooked boned and skinned
- 8 oz nonfat ricotta cheese
- 4 egg whites
- 8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese
Directions
- In large bowl combine chicken and spaghetti sauce
- In separate bowl combine ricotta cheese egg whites and parmesan cheese
- Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with nonfat cooking spray
- Spread 12 of chickensauce mixture in pans
- Top 12 mixture of ricotta cheese
- Place 12 the noodles on top of this and repeat layers Top with mozzarella cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
