Low Fat Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • 12 oz bag fine egg noodles cooked and drained
  • 2 jars chunky spaghetti sauce
  • 4 chicken breasts cooked boned and skinned
  • 8 oz nonfat ricotta cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • 8 oz part skim mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. In large bowl combine chicken and spaghetti sauce
  2. In separate bowl combine ricotta cheese egg whites and parmesan cheese
  3. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with nonfat cooking spray
  4. Spread 12 of chickensauce mixture in pans
  5. Top 12 mixture of ricotta cheese
  6. Place 12 the noodles on top of this and repeat layers Top with mozzarella cheese
  7. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes
