Low Sodium Pickles

Ingredients
- 3 lb pickling cucumbers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 6 heads fresh dill
- 3 c vinegar
- 3 c water
- 3 tsp salt substitute
Directions
- Wash cucumbers
- Pack into sterilized jars
- Place 12 clove garlic and 1 head dill in each jar
- Heat vinegar water and salt substitute in saucepan until boiling
- Cover cucumbers with hot liquid leaving 12 inch head space
- Adjust lids
- Process 15 minutes in boiling water bath
- Allow 5 days to ripen
