Lu Lu Paste DipGreat For Veggies

Ingredients

• 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 small onion minced
• 12 green pepper minced
• 2 eggs well beaten
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 3 Tbsp vinegar
• 12 tsp salt
• 1 Tbsp butter

Directions

1. Mix cream cheese onion and green pepper together and set aside
2. In saucepan put sugar vinegar salt and well beaten eggs
3. Cook over medium heat until thickened
4. Dont let eggs cook too fast
5. Remove from heat
6. Add butter
7. Let hot mixture cool Mix all ingredients together and chill
