Lukshen KugelNoodle Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 lb broad egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 12 c cottage cheese
  • 1 c raisins
  • 1 c cottage cheese
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 14 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 egg whites
  • cinnamon

Directions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan
  2. Preheat oven to 375
  3. Cook the noodles
  4. While the water is coming to a boil and the noodles are cooking blend 1 cup cottage cheese egg yolks sugar and vanilla Beat the egg whites until they are stiff but not too hard you know the soft peaks that sort of slump over when they get too high
  5. By now the noodles are about done
