Luminary Soup

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 small onion chopped
• 1 4 oz can chopped green chilies
• 1 tsp salt
• 12 tsppepper
• 1 1 14 oz pkg taco seasoning
• 1 1 oz pkg Ranch dressing mix
• 1 14 12 oz can hominy undrained
• 3 14 12 oz cans stewed tomatoes undrained
• 1 15 oz can kidney beans undrained
• 1 15 oz can pinto beans undrained
• 1 12 c water

Directions

1. Brown ground beef with onion and green chilies
2. Stir in remaining ingredients bring to a boil
3. Simmer 30 minutes on low Yields 10 servings
