Lumpia ShanghaiPhilippine Fried Egg Rolls Shanghai Style
Ingredients
- 12 lb ground pork
- 12 lb shrimp chopped fine
- 12 c water chestnuts chopped
- 12 c green onions chopped fine
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 pkg egg roll wrappers
- 12 c cooking oil
Directions
- Combine pork shrimp water chestnuts green onions egg and soy sauce season with salt and pepper
- Place a level tablespoonful of filling on each egg roll wrapper and seal with a few drops of water
- Deep fry in hot oil and drain on paper towel Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce Serves 4
