Lunchbox Brownies

Ingredients

• 12 c butter
• 34 c shortening
• 34 c cocoa
• 2 c sugar
• 4 eggs beaten
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 12 c flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

1. Melt butter and shortening in large saucepan over low heat Stir in cocoa
2. Combine flour baking powder and salt stir in chocolate mixture
3. Add nuts and mix well
4. Spread in well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan
5. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes Spread frosting while brownies are still warm
