Ingredients
- 4 c canned sweet potatoes
- 12 c sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 14 c milk
- 1 c butter divided
- 1 c flaked coconut
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 14 tsp nutmeg
- 34 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 13 c all-purpose flour
- 1 c chopped pecans
Directions
- Drain potatoes very well and mash
- Add sugar eggs milk 12 cup butter coconut vanilla and nutmeg
- Pour into a greased 9 x 12-inch casserole
- Combine brown sugar flour remaining 12 cup butter and nuts
- Sprinkle over mixture
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly
