Macadamia Butterfingers
Ingredients
- 1 c butter softened
- 12 c packed brown sugar
- 12 c granulated sugar
- 1 egg separated
- 12 tsp ground nutmeg
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c Macadamia nuts finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 275
- Lightly grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
- In a large mixing bowl beat butter brown sugar granulated sugar egg yolk and nutmeg until light and fluffy
- Add flour stir to combine
- Pat dough over bottom of prepared pan
