Macadamia Nut Brittle

Ingredients
- 1 12 c whole Macadamia nuts 9 oz
- 6 Tbsp salted butter
- 1 c white sugar
- 14 c water
- 14 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
Directions
- Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish
- Equally distribute Macadamia nuts over bottom of dish
- Set aside
