Macadamia Nut Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 c sugar
  • 14 tsp salt
  • 23 c evaporated milk
  • 14 c butter
  • 115 oz pkg milk chocolate chips
  • 2 sq unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 c miniature marshmallows
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 c chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Line an 8-inch square pan with foil
  2. In a large saucepan over medium heat combine sugar salt evaporated milk and butter stirring constantly until mixture comes to a firm rolling boil Boil 6 minutes stirring frequently
  3. Remove from heat
  4. Stir in chips unsweetened chocolate marshmallows and vanilla
  5. Blend until smooth
  6. Stir in nuts
  7. Pour into pan
  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  9. Remove from pan and peel off foil
  10. Makes 2 pounds 10 12 ounces candy
