Ingredients

  • 2 sticks white kanten
  • 1 12 c water
  • 1 c sugar
  • 12 tsp salt
  • 1 12 c koshian or 1 1 lb can tsubushian
  • 1 c Macadamia nuts

Directions

  1. Tear kanten into
  2. pieces soak in water for 30 minutes Cook until dissolved
  3. Add
  4. sugar
  5. and
  6. salt stir until sugar dissolvesAdd
  7. koshian cook over medium flame until mixture comes to a boil
  8. Add
  9. nuts
  10. Pour into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan Cool
