Macaroni And Beef Casserole

Ingredients

• 12 lb each ground beef and bulk pork sausage
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 6 oz can Hunts tomato paste
• 1 c water
• 12 tsp oregano
• 12 tsp salt
• 4 c cooked elbow macaroni
• 1 c shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

1. In skillet brown beef sausage and onion
2. Drain fat
3. Add tomato paste water oregano and salt and simmer for 5 minutes In a 2 12-quart casserole dish layer half of the macaroni half of the meat sauce and half of the cheese
4. Repeat
5. Bake at 375 for 20 to 25 minutes
