Macaroni And Cheese CasseroleNon-Dairy
Ingredients
- 3 12 c elbow macaroni
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c flour
- 3 12 c boiling water
- 1 12 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 12 tsp garlic powder
- pinch of turmeric
- 14 c oil
- 1 c nutritional yeast flakes
- paprika
Directions
- Cook the elbows
- In a saucepan melt margarine over low heat Beat in flour with a wire whisk and continue to beat over medium flame until smooth and bubbly
- Whip in boiling water salt soy sauce garlic powder and turmeric beating well to dissolve
- The sauce should cook until it thickens and bubbles Then whip in 14 cup oil and the yeast flakes
- Mix part of the sauce with the noodles and put in casserole dish and pour a generous amount of sauce on top
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 15 minutes in 350 oven
- Put in broiler for a few minutes until cheese is stretchy and crisp
