Macaroni Casserole
Ingredients
- 8 oz small shell macaroni
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 14 c chopped bell pepper
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 2 oz jar pimento chopped
- 1 4 oz can mushrooms stems and pieces and juice
- 12 c mayonnaise
- 1 12 c grated mild cheese
Directions
- Cook macaroni for a few minutes but not until done
- Add soups other ingredients and 34 cup cheese
- Mix all ingredients well and place in a greased 2 12-quart casserole Top with remaining 34 cup cheese
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Serves 8
