Macaroni Lunch
Ingredients
- 1 small pkg elbow macaroni cooked and drained
- 1 12 lb pan-fry sausage
- 1 large can 28 oz tomatoes
- 1 small can 8 oz tomato sauce and 1 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp canola oil
- 12 tsp celery seed
Directions
- Pan fry sausage into crumbled pieces and drain on paper towels
- In a large boiler bring to boil tomatoes tomato sauce water add more or less water according to your liking salt and pepper oil and celery seed
- Add sausage and macaroni
- Stir well turn off place on lid and leave covered 5 minutes
- Serve with crackers and salad or coleslaw
