Macaroni Pizza
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 2 cans tomato soup undiluted
- 1 12 c macaroni
- 1 c milk
- 1 beaten egg
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Brown ground beef and onion in skillet
- Add tomato soup and cook 15 minutes until thickened
- Stir frequently
- Cook macaroni until tender
- Add egg and milk to the macaroni
- Spread macaroni mixture in greased jelly roll or cookie pan
- Spread tomato beef mixture on top of macaroni
- Place thin slices of cheese on top and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes
