Macaroni Vegetable Salad
Ingredients
- 1 c shell macaroni
- 12 c radishes sliced
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped onion
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard grained
- 18 tsp black pepper
- 1 16 oz pkg frozen cauliflower broccoli and carrots
- 34 c Ranch dressing
- 14 tsp salt
Directions
- Cook macaroni and vegetables according to directions
- Cool Mix in small bowl the Ranch dressing mustard salt and pepper Set aside
- Mix radishes and onions with macaroni and vegetables Cover with dressing and mix well
- Top with Parmesan cheese and bacon bits
- Cover let marinate in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight
