Macaroni With Ricotta

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ricotta cheese
- 12 c Parmesan cheese
- 12 c milk
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 1 lb short macaroni
Directions
- Combine in bowl cheeses water oil salt and pepper
- Beat until smooth
- Set aside
- Cook macaroni and drain
- Place in casserole pour mixture over and toss with forks
- Keep warm
