Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ricotta cheese
  • 12 c Parmesan cheese
  • 12 c milk
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 lb short macaroni

Directions

  1. Combine in bowl cheeses water oil salt and pepper
  2. Beat until smooth
  3. Set aside
  4. Cook macaroni and drain
  5. Place in casserole pour mixture over and toss with forks
  6. Keep warm
