Ingredients

  • 1 egg separated
  • sweetener equal to 1 c sugar
  • 2 c cornflakes
  • 1 c coconut
  • 12 c chopped nuts
  • 12 tsp almond extract

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Beat egg whites stiff but not dry fold in sweetener
  3. Add cornflakes coconut nuts and almond extract Drop from teaspoon onto greased baking sheet bake about 12 minutes
  4. Remove at once from baking sheet
