MaceS Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 1 lb ground Italian sausage mild
• 2 lb ground beef
• 4 eggs
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 1 Tbsp minced garlic
• 3 c sourdough bread crumbs
• 12 c chopped parsley
• 12 c red wine
• 34 Tbsp dried basil
• 12 Tbsp dried thyme
• 12 Tbsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
• 4 oz sundried tomatoes
• 4 oz Jack cheese sliced

Directions

1. In a large bowl mix together sausage ground beef eggs onion garlic bread crumbs parsley wine basil thyme oregano and salt
2. Put mixture on a piece of parchment paper pressing out to about 34-inch thick forming a rectangle
3. Layer on basil leaves sundried tomatoes and cheese Roll meat loaf jelly roll fashion
