Ingredients

• 1 can pinto beans drained
• 1 medium onion chopped
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 large bag Doritos any flavor
• 2 c shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 can Ro-Tel diced

Directions

1. Brown ground beef and onion
2. Drain
3. In a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish pour Doritos first then layer beef and onion and beans
4. Pour Ro-Tel over mixture
5. Top with cheese
6. Bake uncovered at 350 until cheese is melted about 20 to 25 minutes
