Mackerel Potato Cakes

Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can mackerel
- 1 12 c cold mashed potatoes
- 3 Tbsp chopped onion
- 2 eggs
- 12 tsp salt
- pepper
- 1 tsp mustard
- 2 to 3 Tbsp fat
- 2 Tbsp corn meal
Directions
- Mix together all ingredients except fat
- Put fat in pan and drop cakes in hot pan
- Fry
