MaggieS Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

• 1 12 c sugar
• 12 c margarine softened
• 12 c shortening
• 2 eggs
• 2 34 c flour
• 2 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 14 tsp salt
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Directions

1. Heat oven to 400
2. Mix 1 12 cups sugar margarine shortening and eggs
3. Stir in flour cream of tartar baking soda and salt
4. Shape dough by rounded teaspoonful into balls
5. Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon
6. Roll balls in mixture until coated
7. Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
8. Bake 8 to 10 minutes
9. Immediately remove cookies from sheet
