MaggieS Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- 1 12 c sugar
- 12 c margarine softened
- 12 c shortening
- 2 eggs
- 2 34 c flour
- 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 14 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
Directions
- Heat oven to 400
- Mix 1 12 cups sugar margarine shortening and eggs
- Stir in flour cream of tartar baking soda and salt
- Shape dough by rounded teaspoonful into balls
- Mix 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon
- Roll balls in mixture until coated
- Place 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes
- Immediately remove cookies from sheet
