Magic-Quick Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 1 oz sq unsweetened chocolate
• 1 14 oz can Eagle Brand milk
• dash of salt
• 1 Tbsp water
• 12 tsp vanilla

Directions

1. In heavy saucepan combine chocolate and Eagle Brand
2. Over low heat cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture thickens about 10 minutes
3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in water and cool Stir in vanilla
5. Use to frost 1 8 or 9-inch 2-layer cake Makes about 1 12 cups
