Magic Eggnog Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 13 c sweetened condensed milk
  • 12 tsp rum flavoring
  • 12 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 pt whipping cream

Directions

  1. Beat eggs until foamy in top of a double boiler stir in condensed milk
  2. Cook over hot not boiling water 10 minutes Stir rum flavoring and nutmeg fold in whipped cream
  3. Serve hot or cold over fruitcake or ice cream
  4. Yield
  5. about 2 cups
