Magic Meat Loaf

Ingredients

• 2 lb lean chopped meat
• 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 Tbsp ketchup divided
• 12 c bread crumbs
• 13 c water
• 14 tsp salt
• 1 medium onion chopped

Directions

1. Mix water and 1 tablespoon ketchup add crumbs
2. Allow to soak
3. Add chopped onion
4. Blend with mayonnaise and mix well Add remaining ketchup
5. Mix well with chopped meat
6. Form into a loaf
7. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
