Magic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 1 9-inch pie shell unbaked
• 2 c 16 to 17 oz can canned pumpkin
• 1 13 c 15 oz can Eagle Brand milk
• 1 egg unbeaten
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 12 tsp ginger
• 34 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. In large mixing bowl blend together all ingredients
2. Turn mixture into pie shell
3. Bake in 375 oven until sharp bladed knife inserted near center comes out clean 50 to 55 minutes Cool
4. Refrigerate at least one hour
