Magic Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

• 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
• 2 c pumpkin
• 1 c Eagle Brand milk
• 12 tsp ginger
• 1 egg
• 12 tsp salt
• 12 tsp nutmeg
• 34 tsp cinnamon

Directions

1. In large bowl add ingredients and mix well
2. Bake at 375 for 1 hour
3. Cool in refrigerator for 1 hour
