Make Ahead Breakfast

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk sausage
- 2 slices bread cut into cubes
- 1 c shredded cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 c milk
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 tsp dry mustard
Directions
- Cook sausage until brown or done drain well
- Spread bread cubes in 12 x 8 x 2-inch buttered baking dish
- Top with sausage then cheese
- Combine eggs milk salt and mustard beat well Pour over cheese
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Bake at 350 for 50 minutes or until set
