Make Ahead Breakfast Bake
Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk Sausage
- 2 slices bread cut into 12 in cubes
- 1 c 4 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 6 Eggs
- 2 c Milk
- 12 tsp Salt
- 12 tsp Dry Mustard
Directions
- Crumble sausage in medium skillet cook over medium heat until brown stirring occasionally
- Drain well Spread bread cubes in a buttered 12x8x2 in dish
- Top with sausage and cheese In a separate bowl combine eggs milk and seasonings Beat well and pour over cheese
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- The next morning bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes
