Make Ahead Mashed Or Whipped Potatoes

Ingredients
- 8 to 10 potatoes
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
Directions
- Pare and cook potatoes as usual adding salt
- Drain and whip them
- Whip in cream cheese and sour cream
- Place in casserole cover and place in refrigerator until ready to cook
- Spread with butter and paprika
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
- Great for the holidays when time is limited
