Mama Fisackerly Tea Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 c margarine softened
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 12 c self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine margarine sugar vanilla and egg
  2. Mix well
  3. Add flour slowly
  4. Form into balls on a greased cookie sheet
  5. Flatten with a fork dipped in sugar
  6. Bake at 350 until brown on edge 15 to 20 minutes
