MamaS Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 4 c bread crumbs
- 1 12 c milk
- 12 c margarine
- 12 c sugar
- 12 c raisins
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 12 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon or nutmeg
Directions
- Scald milk with margarine
- Add with all remaining ingredients to bread and stir lightly
- Bake at 350 until firm
