MamaS Peanut Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 34 c vegetable oil
- 34 c peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 c flour
- 34 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
Directions
- Mix sugars vegetable oil and peanut butter
- Add eggs and vanilla
- Sift in flour salt and baking soda
- Mix until well blended
- Form into 1-inch balls
- Press with thumb
- Bake at 400 for 8 to 15 minutes
