MamaS Pineapple Salad
Ingredients
- 1 can pineapple save juice
- 2 egg yolks beat well
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 cut up apples
- 12 c nuts
Directions
- Cook beaten egg yolks pineapple juice sugar and butter in double boiler until done
- Thicken with flour
- Pour this cooked custard over pineapple apples and nuts and chill
