MamaS Refrigerator Rolls
Ingredients
- 14 c lukewarm water
- 2 pkg yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 c hot water
- 12 c sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp margarine
- 6 c flour
Directions
- In small bowl combine 14 cup water 1 teaspoon sugar and yeast
- In large mixing bowl mix together melted margarine hot water 12 cup sugar salt and eggs
- Mix together with whisk
- Add yeast mixture
- Stir in 4 cups flour and mix well
- Stir in remaining flour and mix thoroughly but do not knead
- Put in large oiled container and refrigerate
- When ready to bake roll out dough 12-inch thick
- Spread with melted margarine
- Cut out with biscuit cutter
- Let rise in warm place 1 hour
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400
- Dough will keep in refrigerator for several days
