MammaS Sugar Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 c oil
• 1 c butter or margarine softened
• 1 c granulated sugar
• 1 c powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp cream of tartar
• 1 tsp salt
• 4 c plain flour

Directions

1. Combine oil butter sugars eggs and vanilla mix well
2. Add baking soda salt cream of tartar and flour to mixture
3. Mix well Refrigerate over night
4. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
5. Press with glass dipped into sugar
6. Bake 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
7. Edges should be light golden brown Do not over cook
