Mandarin Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 fryer chicken
- 1 c canned whole tomato
- 12 c cider vinegar
- 12 c chopped onion
- salt to taste
- 12 c crushed pineapple
- 1 to 1 12 c sugar
- 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 12 c chopped green pepper
Directions
- Prepare chicken by removing bones and steaming good size pieces good idea to buy breasts and thighs
- Dip in tempura batter and fry in hot deep oil
- Slice each piece in 12-inch to 1-inch slices
- Arrange on a bed of shredded lettuce
- Cover with sauce
