Mandarin Orange-Pineapple Salad

Ingredients
- 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges drained
- 1 20 oz can pineapple chunks drained
- 2 c large curd cottage cheese
- 1 8 oz carton frozen whipped topping thawed
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 6 oz pkg orange-flavored gelatin
- 14 c flaked coconut
Directions
- Combine first 5 ingredients
- Sprinkle gelatin over mixture stir well
- Spoon mixture into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish Combine pecans and coconut
- Sprinkle over salad
- Chill 6 hours or overnight
- Makes 15 servings
