Mandarin Orange Cake
Ingredients
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp soda
- 12 tsp salt
- 12 to 1 c chopped nuts
- 1 10 oz can mandarin oranges drained
Directions
- Combine ingredients and beat until smooth
- Preheat oven to 350
- Bake in greased 8 x 8-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes
