Mandarin Orange Dessert

Ingredients

• 14 c sugar
• 60 Ritz crackers crushed
• 1 stick melted oleo
• 6 oz frozen orange juice thawed
• 1 can Eagle Brand milk
• 1 small Cool Whip
• 2 cans mandarin oranges drained

Directions

1. Combine crackers sugar and oleo
2. Spread 34 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan
3. Mix Eagle Brand milk and orange juice
4. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges
5. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges
6. Spread in crust Top with remaining cracker mixture
7. Refrigerate
