Mandarin Orange Dessert

Ingredients
- 14 c sugar
- 60 Ritz crackers crushed
- 1 stick melted oleo
- 6 oz frozen orange juice thawed
- 1 can Eagle Brand milk
- 1 small Cool Whip
- 2 cans mandarin oranges drained
Directions
- Combine crackers sugar and oleo
- Spread 34 mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan
- Mix Eagle Brand milk and orange juice
- Fold in Cool Whip and oranges
- Fold in Cool Whip and oranges
- Spread in crust Top with remaining cracker mixture
- Refrigerate
